4 Ways to Order
ORDER ONLINE To place an order on our secure website, simply add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the "Check Out" button. This will display the contents of your cart, and give you the option to check out, make corrections, or continue shopping. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Please Note: Customers supplying copyright ( ) artwork, logos, wording or initials are responsible for authorization for its use.
Pins, Key Holders, Badge Holders: Wording is Free on 10 or more alike items. See our examples for ideas! Use up to 28 letters & spaces. Up to 50 letters & spaces on Medallion Pin and 40 letters & spaces on the Custom Expressions Pin.
Plaques: Please type your wording as you want it to appear on plaque. Maximum 9 lines (indicate which lines are bold, medium and small). Up to 3 bold lines with 22 letters and spaces. Other lines up to 32 letters and spaces.
Desktop Awards: Please type your wording as you want it to appear on award. Up to 3 bold lines with 22 letters and spaces. Other lines up to 32 letters and spaces. Please indicate which lines are bold, medium and small.
Diamond Acrylic Award: Maximum 8 lines Classic Glass Award: Maximum 6 lines
GemPens: Laser Engraved wording is Free on 10 or more alike items. Use up to 28 letters & spaces. Customers supplying copyright ( ) wording are responsible for authorization for its use. GemPens are double plated gold or chromium and coated with a protective polish. Black ink, medium ball point. Choose any of our Sparkling crystal stone colors for the top of pens. Please type your wording as you want it to appear on pens, upper/lower case or all capitals.
Name Badges: Wording is Free on 10 or more alike items. Use up to 3 lines, 20 letters & spaces on top line and 28 letters & spaces on lines 2 and 3.
Greeting Cards: Each design is sold in increments of 25 alike and includes verse shown plus up to 2 lines of personalization. (Each line up to 28 letters and spaces.)

Please send your art/logo using one of the high-resolution "camera-ready" formats listed below using our File Upload page:
1. Vector File: opens with Adobe Illustrator CS6-CC or CorelDraw
All fonts must be converted to Outlines/Curves.
Send as a EPS, AI, Illustrator PDF, CDR or SVG.
2. Raster File: opens with Adobe Photoshop CS6-CC
Resolution must be 300dpi or greater with a 4" image size or larger.
Send as a PSD, TIF, PNG, JPG or BMP file.
For Engravable items and Plaques - Vector (Line) Art is strongly preferred. If all you have is Bitmap (Raster) Art, the resolution should be 600 dpi or greater with a 6 image size.
What if I do not have access to one of the "camera-ready" formats listed above?
We understand there are instances when sending lower quality art
is better than sending nothing at all. If this is the case, send
what you have and we will do our best to make it work. We may
contact you if the art needs to be a higher resolution or a

What is the maximum size limit per file?
Our maximum size limit is 25MB per file.
Are there any file formats that you can not accept?
We can not accept Microsoft Publisher or Powerpoint files. We
also cannot use GIF files or logos taken from a web site as these
files are very low resolution and are meant to display on a
computer screen and look very pixelated when printed.
What if my art/logo is copyrighted?
Customers supplying copyrighted (TM ) artwork are responsible for authorization for its use.
Small Orders
YOU CAN ORDER LESS THAN 10! Use the price shown for 10+, just add $7 for each group fewer than 10 alike with same item, wording, stone color/center design and plating.
There is no small order handling fee for our plaques, ready to ship Years of Service, Employee and Star of the Month, Employee of the Year pins. Greeting Cards offered in packs of 25.
Duplicates
To avoid duplicating your order do not send confirming copies.
Delivery
DELIVERY in USA STANDARD 2 WEEKS OR 1 WEEK RUSH SERVICE from the day we receive your order until it arrives at your facility. For 1 week Rush Service 20% will be added to the subtotal. GemPens, 2-3 week delivery only.
Years of Service, Employee and Star of the Month, Employee of the Year, and Award Pins as shown are delivered in one week with no rush charge. If you have a special delivery need, please call customer service at 610-544-8888 or email [email protected]. International orders are shipped within 10 days from the day we receive your order or rush order will be within 1 week.
Changing or Canceling an Order
To change or cancel an order, call 610-544-8888, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Time. In either case, please refer to your order number when requesting a change. Due to our fast turn-around time and the customization of each order, changes can only be made at an early stage of production. Customer Service can tell you the status of your order and if a change or cancellation is possible.
Payment
For online orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts:
All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollar ($) currency. Payment is due within 2 weeks of delivery. Please include your "Ship To" address and the address where your credit card billing statement is sent, for your protection. Purchase orders accepted from creditworthy organizations. Individuals prepay by credit card or check.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be assessed for shipments to FL GA IL IN KS MI MN NC NJ OH PA VA. If your organization is tax exempt, please send copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate. Customers in all other states are responsible for paying applicable use tax directly to their state. Brown Industries has physical nexus only in Pennsylvania.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped within 10 days from the day we receive your order or rush order will be within 1 week. International orders are normally shipped via USPS International Service. Upon request we will ship via Fed Ex or UPS using your shipper number. We ship to government APO and PPO locations via USPS. For international orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts American Express, Visa & MasterCard. For countries other than USA the shipping will be charged at cost. Customers outside USA are responsible for paying applicable duty and taxes directly to their government.
